Description
The objective of the project is to build an integrated incubation and acceleration program, which will provide high potential SMEs from Eastern Ontario with a graduated pathway to market. The project is a coalition type of project formed by Invest Ottawa, Wesley Clover (through the creation of a new private sector incubator and accelerator called L-SPARK) and Queens University (comprised of Innovation Park and PARTEQ Innovations). The project will bring together under one virtual umbrella all the partners and leverage their combined expertise and track record.
Expected Results
The purpose of the Canada Accelerator and Incubator Program is to establish a critical mass of outstanding business incubators and accelerators that can develop innovation, high-growth firms, which themselves represent superior early-stage investment opportunities.
