Description
Coached and mentored by the Project Manager, the Composites Technician Recent Graduate will be engaged in various roles of the composites manufacturing process. With guidance from the Project Manager, the Composites Technicians goal will be to refine their skills in the trade and utilize his or her education to assist the Shop Manger in improving composites production techniques and organization on the shop floor.
Expected Results
The purpose of IRAPs Youth Employment Program is to assist in increasing the supply of highly qualified people, promoting the benefits of advanced studies, demonstrating federal leadership by investing in the skills required to meet the needs of the knowledge economy and facilitating the transition of highly skilled young people to a rapidly changing labour market.
