Create a business strategy and process for temporary clinics delivering eye care services. This tool will reduce resources to deliver eye care and reduce the cost, time, travel, and carbon emissions required to receive eye care.

The purpose of IRAPs Youth Employment Program - Green is to assist in increasing the supply of highly qualified people, promoting the benefits of advanced studies, demonstrating federal leadership by investing in the skills required to meet the needs of the green economy and facilitating the transition of highly skilled young people to a rapidly changing labour market.
