The Build out of the BioConnect Trust Platform is the cloud-architecture with which the Company will transform its operating model from a hardware centric / one-time revenue model to a subscription-based model. The Trust Platform, and its capabilities, will deliver the ongoing value to customers going forward necessary to support a subscription model as demonstrated over last 12 months.
