The graduate will be involved in the engineering department to develop a new heating product for agricultural market from the concept to the market. This will help the graduate to gain engineering experience while meeting the business needs of the company.

The purpose of IRAPs Youth Employment Program - Green is to assist in increasing the supply of highly qualified people, promoting the benefits of advanced studies, demonstrating federal leadership by investing in the skills required to meet the needs of the green economy and facilitating the transition of highly skilled young people to a rapidly changing labour market.
