Description

This project will create a system for combining DNA sequencing derived per-sample microbial community information (species abundance and diversity) with industrial environmental metadata (pH, temperature, dissolved chemical concentrations) into integrated datasets that assist in the analysis of how microbial communities influence industrial processes.

The purpose of IRAPs Youth Employment Program - Green is to assist in increasing the supply of highly qualified people, promoting the benefits of advanced studies, demonstrating federal leadership by investing in the skills required to meet the needs of the green economy and facilitating the transition of highly skilled young people to a rapidly changing labour market.
