Project Description
The Program Support Facility (PSF) aims to increase the overall quality and effectiveness of development programming in Cuba. The PSF is a consolidated mechanism that allows for the financing of substantive program support activities in three key areas: (1) technical and professional services; (2) knowledge-building analysis and dissemination; and (3) aid effectiveness.
Expected Results
Although initiatives such as these serve as important mechanisms to support the effective delivery of Canada’s development assistance no direct development outcomes are attributable to them.
