Project Description
The purpose of the Program Support Facility (PSF) is to increase the overall quality and effectiveness of development programming in the Philippines supported through Canada's Official Development Assistance. The PSF is a consolidated mechanism to finance substantive program support activities in three different areas each with program-wide implications: 1) technical and professional services; 2) knowledge-building analysis and dissemination; and 3) aid effectiveness.
Expected Results
Although initiatives such as these serve as important mechanisms to support the effective delivery of Canada’s development assistance no direct development outcomes are attributable to them.
