Project Description

This project increases the resilience to climate change of targeted communities and the most vulnerable households in the Upper East Region and the Northern Region in Northern Ghana. Most farmers in Northern Ghana are highly vulnerable to climate change because of their dependence on rain-fed agriculture and their limited access to reliable weather forecasts and early disaster warning systems.
