Project Description

Engineers Without Borders (EWB) is bringing 17 young African leaders to Canada to participate in the "African Leadership Program" pilot. This pilot project enables delegates from Africa to spend one month in municipalities across Canada as apprentices in positions similar to their own roles in African municipalities. The main purpose of the project is to provide guided learning in an embedded environment. Participants' learning program includes guided discussions to determine how to practically apply their learning in their organisations in Africa.
