Project Description

The project aims to strengthen the expertise of a multidisciplinary team of health professionals and scientists from Madagascar trained through the University Partnerships in Cooperation and Development Program (Tier 2). This team is responsible for developing the expertise of the Befelatanana University Hospital staff (University of Antananarivo) in the fight against sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS through early detection treatment and care of infected people prevention of mother to child HIV transmission and awareness-raising and education for women and youth.
