Project Description

The project aims to help Malawi to implement sustainable coastal resource management practices. It contributes to poverty alleviation through improved agriculture and food security. As a result of this project the Government of Malawi is developing and implementing an inter-departmental strategy aiming at sustainable use of natural resources and integrated coastal resource management. In addition dissemination of information helps change the environmental behaviour of Malawi's population.
