These skills enable them to access the COE's vocational and technical programs and to find better-paying employment opportunities. The courses given within this project are supplemented by workshops and debates open to the public particularly the male population on the importance of giving women the same employment opportunities available to men sexual harassment issues in the workplace and other related topics. This is one of two parts of a project valued at $500 000. The first part has been completed.
