Project Description
This project aims to improve the skills of the most vulnerable young Moroccans by providing them with training and support to help them integrate into the labour market. The project provides these young people with training and orientation in employment sectors in demand in the targeted regions and provinces.T he project also seeks to set up networks of potential employers to facilitate the hiring of these young people. The local communities targeted receive guidance to help them better identify market needs and steer the young people towards economic sectors with strong potential for growth and hiring.
Expected Results
The expected intermediate outcomes for this project include: (1) the most vulnerable girls and boys particularly those who have dropped out of school or who are at risk for doing so benefit from better guidance and a better-adapted transition from school to the working world; and (2) local training that is consistent coordinated and adapted to local market needs is available and is open to girls and boys with various profiles with particular focus on those with no diploma and girls.
