The Active Learning Network for Accountability and Performance - ODI 2013

The Active Learning Network for Accountability and Performance in Humanitarian Action (ALNAP) has been a leading voice for the more rigorous application of learning and evaluation processes across the humanitarian sector. DFATD support for ALNAP contributes to the organization's efforts to identify key problems build consensus on common approaches and solutions and share lessons learned thereby improving the quality of humanitarian action and accountability of humanitarian actors system-wide.

Expected outputs include: The publication of the State of the Humanitarian System report dissemination of lessons learned papers on key humanitarian responses and enhancement of the Evaluation Report Database. The expected intermediate outcome is the reduced vulnerability of crisis-affected people especially women and children.
