Project Description
The purpose of this project is to accelerate the harmonization alignment and effectiveness of decentralization-related programming in Sulawesi supported by CIDA and other donors. A CIDA cooperant is based in the multi-donor Decentralization Support Facility's Eastern Indoneisa office (SOfEI) and is supported by a local advisor. The cooperant and advisor provide support to both SOfEI's multi-donor/government coordination efforts in Eastern Indonesia and the coordinated development and implementation of CIDA's program in Sulawesi.
