Project Description

The project provides technical assistance to strengthen the Common Development Fund (CDF) a funding mechanism which channels government and donor contributions to local governments. The CDF funds a variety of projects found in local development plans such as schools health centres roads telecommunications water and sanitation infrastructure and environmental protection measures.
