Challenges to Regional Cooperation I

This project provides consulting services required within the programming framework of the Pan-Africa Program particularly in relation to the preparation of institutional sectoral or thematic analyses and studies that directly benefit African partner institutions or the Pan-Africa Program in general. In terms of results these studies and analyses permit African partner institutions to better define and achieve their mandates; more clearly identify and compensate for the challenges they face; and more accurately measure their contribution to the resolution of various challenges to development in Africa.
