It bolsters the academic community in order to produce and disseminate useful knowledge for analysts and decision-makers in the public sector civil society academia and international cooperation. The project supports public sector reform public administration and decentralization in line with the Government of Peru's priorities which are also stated in CIDA's bilateral Programming Plan for Peru. The project also coincides with Peru's goal to have access to better information from around the country. The project is funded jointly with the International Development Research Centre.
