Project Description

The project seeks to strengthen and diversify study programs at higher institutes of applied science and technology (HIAST) linked to the environment with a view to adapt them to the labour market to strengthen the will and capacity of higher institutes to work to solve environmental issues. This through innovation and applied research. It also aims to develop an environmental culture and train citizens in the fight against climate change in Tunisia.

Expected Results

The expected outcomes of this project include: (1) improved quality of training in fields that contribute to the ecological transition and climate issues for ISSAT graduates; (2) enhanced contribution of ISSATs to solving environmental problems in Tunisia through research and innovation and; (3) increased integration of an environmental culture within ISSATs.
