GICHD Ukraine country programme support

The project supports the efforts of the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD) to enhance the capacity of Ukrainian mine action institutions to implement effective and gender-responsive mine action operations develop country-appropriate information management solutions and lead efficient donor coordination platforms.

The expected outcomes of the project include: (1) enhanced gender-sensitive engagement of the Ukrainian National Mine Action Authorities (NMAA) in the multilateral fora and donor coordination pro-cesses; and (2) enhanced response by the Ukrainian National Mine Action Authorities to the diverse needs of women girls men and boys.
