Project Description

The United Nations Multi-Partner Trust Fund in Kenya supports Kenya’s national priorities by using the combined and unique experience of various UN agencies to target vulnerable communities in Kenya. Canada’s support to the Fund will be directed to joint UN programming dedicated to gender equality ending violence against women and girls and human rights.

Expected Results

The expected outcomes of this project include: (1) enhanced representation and meaningful participation of women in transforming governance systems; (2) improved inclusive and equitable social and protection services; (3) improved inclusive and quality livelihoods in transitioning to green practises; and (4) collaboration among public private and community sectors.
