Project Description
This project aims to improve the quality of life for Nicaraguan women children and their families. It seeks to achieve this by influencing policies and social programming in areas including gender-based violence (GBV) and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). This project aims to improve the performance of decision-makers and develop practitioners by strengthening their access to quality data on indicators that impact children women and their families. They would collect the data through the Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys (MICS) program an internationally recognized methodology and best practices by the United Nations Children's Fund. The project also seeks to increase the cooperation and capacity among institutions in Nicaragua by collaborating in creating developing and distributing the MICS.
