Project Description

This project aims to increase the digital security and resilience of civil society and independent media actors in Ukraine in the context of the ongoing invasion by the Russian regime. This includes providing emergency protection and institutional support practical security advice and wellbeing support to enable these groups to continue to operate.

Expected Results

The expected outcomes of this project include: (1) equipped and prepared Ukrainian civil society organizations (CSOs) activists media and journalists including those led by and representing women to face short and long-term digital threats; (2) increased access to alternative information and communication tools by Ukrainian CSOs activists and the general population; and (3) increased role in addressing strategic digital security information and communication needs in Ukraine using local technology groups
